Initial consultation to discuss client history, concerns and goals.
1 nutrition plan outlining optimal nutrient needs, guidelines, etc.
2 customized weekly meal plans containing breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas and recipes.
Unlimited text support for the month
2 x 30 min check-in calls.
