A supportive and empowering VIRTUAL circle designed specifically for the expat community, wherever you are in the world. Whether you're welcoming your first child or expecting another, this circle is a space for women to connect, learn, and share throughout their pregnancy and early motherhood journey.
Each session features a different focus, including childbirth education topics, pre- and postnatal-friendly nutrition advice, labor and birth preparation, and more. You’ll also have access to a supportive WhatsApp community for ongoing connection and support.
In addition, enjoy live movement classes, pre- and postnatal friendly yoga and pilates—designed to nurture your body and mind.

This circle creates a safe space for sharing, healing, and community. It’s especially designed for expats navigating birth in unfamiliar places, fostering a sense of belonging no matter where you are.
If you give birth during the sessions, that’s perfectly okay—the content will always be relevant, and recordings and handouts will be shared after the session (with the member sharing portion edited out to keep the integrity of the circle).
